Pet Rescue Fundraiser
The VFW Post 1215 Color Guard in Rochester is working to raise money for the Safe Haven Pet Rescue. The veterans are holding a cookout Sunday, August 21st. Feast on grilled or deep fried hamburgers and corn for just five dollars a plate. The cookout goes from 3:00 P.M. to 8:00 P.M. It will be at the VFW Post 1215 at 16 6th street SW in Rochester. For more information, contact the VFW at 507-289-6818. All proceeds benefit the Safe Haven Pet Rescue.
