Free Guitar Workshop | Arts & Culture

Saturday, February 4th, Mark Bussey will be hosting a guitar workshop at Zumbro Lutheran Church in Rochester. From 1:00 to 2:30 there will be an introductory workshop showing the differences between classical guitar and other styles of guitar playing. Session Includes where to find repertoire, how to begin studying technique, etc. All guitar students at every level and style are welcome! Teachers are encouraged to attend. A second session, from 2:30 to 4:00, will be a master class for students who are preparing for competitions or other public performances. Come prepared with a piece to play – you’ll have a free lesson with guitarist, Mark Bussey. The workshop is free for guitar students (grades 7-12) and teachers, but you need to register.
