More Catalytic Converter Thefts | Crime

Police in Rochester are investigating more catalytic converter thefts. In just the past two weeks, 20 catalytic converters have been stolen from vehicles in Rochester. That includes from a truck parked at IBM, from vehicles parked near Possabilities, and from vehicles parked at Ye Olde Butcher Shop. Catalytic converters contain valuable metals which can be sold to scrap yards. Scrap yards in the area have been notified, and are looking out for any suspicious activity.
