Level 3 Sex Offender Moving Back to Rochester | Crime

Level 3 sex offender, Gaani Arta Moalin, will be re-released from the MN State Department of Corrections and returning to Rochester February 23rd. He'll be moving to the 2100 block of Campus Dr SE. Moalin was released to the community last summer, but sent back to prison after violating his probation. Since a community notification meeting was done seven months ago, there won't be another meeting at this time.
