Rochester's Joyce Park Vandalized | Crime

A Southeast Rochester neighborhood was vandalized this week, but it's not the first report of such activity at Joyce Park.

Mike Nigbur, head of Rochester's Park & Forest Division said since the playground was built in 2005, there have been several cases of vandalism.

Wednesday, another report came in about spray paint on the playground and sidewalk.

"I think there's more activity with the playground equipment and trails out there so it does cause more people to be out there which then leads to graffiti problems," said Nigbur.

He said crews will be out within the next day or two to clean up the mess.
