Fraser Construction Co., will be doing utility work located in the 100 Block of 4th Avenue SW. This work requires that 4th Avenue SW be reduced to one south bound lane of traffic. The work will start on Tuesday, May 29th and is scheduled to be complete Friday, June 8th, 2012. Access to the drop off area for Calvary Episcopal Church will remain open.
