Level III Offender Being Released in Rochester | News
(ABC 6 News) - The Rochester Police Department is alerting the public to the release of a Level 3 Registered Predatory Offender.
They say Armando Byrant is being released from prison on Tuesday, February 18th, and will be returning to the city of Rochester, specifically to the 1600 block of Marion Road SE. Bryant will be under the supervision of the Intensive Supervised Release Unit which includes GPS monitoring.
According to police, Bryant engaged in sexual contact with a 14-year-old female victim and took advantage of victim's vulnerable state and gained compliance through use of force and threats. They say the crime occurred in a public place and that Bryant was known to victim.
Police have scheduled a community public notification meeting to discuss Bryant’s return for Thursday, February 13th at 6pm at Rochester City Hall in conference room 104.
