Rochester Raiders Going to State Tournament

Rochester Raiders Going to State Tournament

Tis the season for sports lovers! But one team that you may not have heard much about is the Rochester Raiders. The Raiders are our co-ed adapted floor hockey team, made up of students who attend Rochester Public Schools in grades 7-12. Team members have a documented physical impairment which does not allow the student to participate in athletic programs at the high school level.

The Raiders’ success will be recognized on Friday because they have earned a berth in the State Tournament. John Marshall will be hosting the entire team Friday morning, including members that attend other schools within the district. The Rochester Raiders play their first game Friday night at 5:00 PM at Bloomington Jefferson High School.

Ticket prices are $5 for adults and $3 for student.
